The Challenge

Transforming a Standard School Compound into a Professional Sporting Arena The primary challenge was elevating a typical ECDE school compound at Gathiga ECDE in Nyathuna Ward into a high-energy, professional-grade venue for the Kiambu County "Champions Cup." The space lacked the visual identity, infrastructure, and atmosphere required for a county-sanctioned event. Without intervention, the football and badminton matches risked appearing as informal community games, failing to inspire local youth or reflect the prestige of the "One Field Per Ward" mandate. The goal was to overcome limited infrastructure and create a cohesive, branded experience that could rival larger stadium events.

A Full-Scale Branding & Venue Transformation We executed a comprehensive branding strategy to reimagined the entire venue. This involved: Visual Identity Deployment: Installing custom banners, team jerseys, and event signage featuring the Kiambu County logo and "Champions Cup" branding across the perimeter and key zones. Infrastructure Enhancement: Setting up temporary fencing, designated spectator zones, and entrance gates to create a controlled, arena-like environment.
